当前高校工会履行维护职能面临的困境及解决措施研究

维护职能是我国工会的四大职能之一,也是高校工会工作的重要内容。目前,高校工会在履行维权职能方面存在机制不完善、制度不健全、宣传不到位等问题,导致一些高校教职工的应有合法权益未能有效维护,一定程度上制约了高校教职工的工作积极性和主动性的发挥,也给高校工会工作带来了诸多负面影响。因此,只有加强制度建设、加大宣传力度,才能够克服困难、维护职工合法权益、促进校园和谐稳定。

Maintenance function is one of the four functions of trade unions in China,and it is also an important part of trade union work in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in mechanism,management system and propaganda,which lead to the failure to effectively maintain the legitimate rights and interests of some university staff and workers,which also restricts the work enthusiasm and initiative of staff and workers in university,as well as brings many negative effects to the trade union in university.Therefore,only by strengthening the system construction and propaganda can we overcome the difficulties,guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of the staff and workers,and enhance the harmony and stability of the campus.
