Research on the Method of Research Fronts Detection Based on Peer Recognition

[目的/意义]针对当前的研究前沿探测中争议较大的片面性问题,探讨提高研究前沿探测结果的全面客观性和精准度的方法,为研究前沿探测工作提供一些借鉴。[方法/过程]对研究前沿探测方法和现状进行了归纳和分析,尝试将学术论文的发文数据、引用数据和使用数据结合起来,设计出一种基于同行认可度的研究前沿探测方法;针对发文数据采用词频分析、共词分析和专家研判相结合的方式确定研究前沿领域,针对引用数据和使用数据采用权重计算方式计算出研究前沿领域的探测值,最终的研究前沿探测结果包含了研究前沿领域及探测值;并以儿童早期发展研究领域为例进行了实证。[结果/结论]从理论分析和实践验证两方面,证实了将学术论文的发文数据、引用数据和使用数据结合起来用于研究前沿探测的必要性和可行性,所设计的基于同行认可度的研究前沿探测方法,在提高探测结果的全面性、精准性和认可度方面具有实际的效果,具有一定的理论和实践价值。

[Purpose/Significance]Aiming at solving the controversial one-sided problem in the current research fronts detection,the method of improving the comprehensiveness,objectivity and accuracy of the research fronts detection results is discussed,which can provide some reference for the work of research fronts detection.[Method/Process]The methods and current situation of research fronts detection are summarized and analyzed.A method of research fronts detection based on peer recognition is designed,which attempts to use the published data,reference data and usage data of scientific papers together.The research frontier fields are identified through analyzing the published data using the methods of word frequency analysis,co-word analysis and expert judgment together.The detection value of the research frontier fields is calculated through analyzing the reference data and usage data using the weight calculation method.The final research fronts detection results include the research frontier fields and their detection values.At last,the method is demonstrated by taking the research field of early child development as an example.[Result/Conclusion]The necessity and feasibility of using the published data,reference data and usage data of scientific papers together in research fronts detection are confirmed through theoretical analysis and practical verification.The designed method of research fronts detection based on peer recognition has practical effects in improving the comprehensiveness,accuracy and recognition of detection results,and has certain theoretical and practical value.
