社会表征理论视域下网络公共事件的共识达成机制研究——以“电梯劝烟猝死案”的社交媒体讨论为考察对象

On the Consensus Mechanism of Internet Public Events from the Perspective of Social Representation Theory——Taking the "Doctor Sued over Smoker’s Death Case" as an Example

[目的/意义]网络公共事件的爆发与平息往往伴随着多元共识的凝聚与分化。通过表征的流动研究共识达成的机制,对于建立良性舆情应对模式,构筑信任具有重要意义。[方法/过程]在社会表征理论的框架下考察了“电梯劝烟猝死案”在社交媒体上的讨论文本,通过主题建模和情绪分析对事件发生的动态化网络情境进行还原,探讨事件涉及的社会表征、引发的社会情绪流动过程。[结果/结论]网络公共事件的共识达成是动态的议题框架和情绪框架竞合过程,事件涉及对象的社会表征在互动过程中具有一定的信息“应激性”,随着一致信息的刺激,表征逐渐稳定,基于网络公共事件的表层共识达成,但作为认识成果的深层共识的达成则需要时间沉淀。

[Purpose/Significance]The outbreak and quelling of internet public events are often accompanied with the cohesion and differentiation of multiple consensus.Research on the consensus mechanism through the representation flow is of benefit to establishing a virtuous public opinion response model and building trust.[Method/Process]Applying social representation theory,this paper reviews the discussion text of"Doctor Sued over Smoker's Death Case"in Sina Weibo.By means of LDA modeling and emotion analysis,we explore the dynamic network situation,and the flow process of social emotion and social representation.[Result/Conclusion]The consensus reaching of internet public events is a dynamic process featured by the competition of issue frameworks and emotion frameworks.The social representations of events involve information-sensitivity in the interaction process.With the stimulation of consistent information,the representations are gradually stable,and the surface consensus based on the network public events is reached,while a deep consensus,as the achievement of the understanding results,may take time to reach.
