摘要
[目的/意义]针对现有学术期刊评价方法忽视决策者风险偏好的情况,提出一种新的考虑决策者风险规避的学术期刊选定评价模型。该模型的提出能够对学术期刊进行有效引导,从而促进学术期刊的可持续健康发展。[方法/过程]首先,给出学术期刊评价值的效用函数和风险抗性函数,在此基础上构建嵌入风险抗性的学术期刊感知效用矩阵;其次,将AHP法和指标难度赋权法进行有效交叉融合,并确定指标的组合权重;最后,利用线性加权法对嵌入风险抗性的学术期刊感知效用矩阵进行综合集成,以此得到学术期刊的综合感知效用值。[结果/结论]以部分数学类期刊为研究对象,实证表明,考虑决策者风险规避的学术期刊选定评价模型的评价结果更为贴近客观现实,与其他方法排名显著相关。
[Purpose/Significance]Presently,academic journal evaluation method will not consider the decision maker's risk preference.This paper proposes a new academic journal evaluation model,taking decision maker's risk aversion into consideration.The model can provide reasonable guidance for the sustainable development of academic journals.[Method/Process]Firstly,the utility function and risk resistance function of academic journal evaluation information are given,and the perceived utility matrix of academic journal is built.Secondly,the AHP method and the indicator difficulty ratio weighting method are fused,and the combined weight of indexes are obtained.Finally,the perceived utility matrix of academic journal is aggregated by the weighted sum method to determine the comprehensive perceived utility value.[Result/Conclusion]Taking some journals of mathematics as the research object,the empirical evidence shows that the result of academic journal evaluation model considering decision maker’s risk aversion is more objective and practical,and its correlation with the ranking of other methods is significant.
