喷施赤霉素对甜高粱控蘖效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究喷施赤霉素溶液对甜高粱田间分蘖数和倒伏的影响,试验以‘晋甜杂3号’为试验材料,分别于2~6叶期5个时期叶面喷施浓度为50、100、150、200、250、300、400、500、750、1000 mg/L的赤霉素水溶液,喷施清水作为对照。结果表明:喷施赤霉素后,甜高粱苗期分蘖数显著减少,不同处理时期间,6叶期分蘖数最少;在5个喷施时期内,处理间最少分蘖数分别较对照减少32.2%、30.6%、25.8%、43.5%、89.5%,最佳控蘖浓度均在250~300 mg/L范围内;相关性分析表明,苗期分蘖数与田间倒伏率呈显著正相关,与产量呈极显著正相关;喷施赤霉素可以显著增加甜高粱生物产量,但是控蘖效果越明显增产效应越弱,且本试验各处理并未造成减产。因此,甜高粱6叶期喷施250~300 mg/L的赤霉素水溶液可以有效控制甜高粱苗期分蘖数,增加其抗倒伏性,并且较对照产量保持稳定。 To study the effects of gibberellin on tillers and lodging of sweet sorghum,sweet sorghum cultivar‘Jintianza3’wasusedasmaterial,gibberellinsolventof50,100,150,200,250,300,400,500,750 and1000 mg/L were sprayed at 5 periods of 2-6 leaf stage respectively and water was used as control.The results showed that the average tiller number of sweet sorghum effectively decreased after spraying gibberellin,and reached the lowest level at 6 leaf stage in different treatment periods.The minimum tiller number lowered by 32.2%,30.6%,25.8%,43.5%and 89.5%respectively compared with that of the control in the five periods,and the optimum concentration of gibberellin solvent was between 250 to 300 mg/L.Correlation analysis revealed that the tiller number at seedling stage was significantly and positively correlated with the lodging rate,and gibberellin could increase the biological yield,the increasing effect of yield was weakened with the increasing effect of controlling tillers,but it did not cause yield reduction.Therefore,the optimum effect on controlling tillers was showed at 6 leaf stage with concentration of 250-300 mg/L,which could increase lodging resistance and keep the yield stable.
