摘要 旨在了解21份国内外红甜菜品种的遗传多样性及其演化地位。利用Indel和SSR分子标记,对21份红甜菜遗传多样性进行研究。结果表明,InDel标记共得到25个基因位点,24个位点具有多态性,Shannon’s信息指数平均值为0.583,Nei’s基因多样性指数平均值为0.370,等位基因K为2~4个,平均2.4个,平均观测杂合度为0.235,期望杂合度0.398,多态信息含量PIC值为0.330;SSR标记共扩增出28个基因位点,全部具有多态性,平均每个标记扩增出3.5个多态性基因位点,Shannon’s信息指数平均值为0.926,Nei’s基因多样性指数平均值为0.548,等位基因K为2~7个,平均4.625个,平均观测杂合度0.399,期望杂合度0.587,多态信息含量PIC值为0.523。本研究发现,红甜菜品种大多因亲缘关系较近,因此在选育新品种时,建议尽量选择遗传距离较远的品种作为亲本。 The paper aims to understand the genetic diversity and evolutionary status of 21 varieties of red beet.We studied the genetic diversity of 21 red beets by InDel and SSR molecular markers.The results showed that:the molecular markers of InDel had 25 gene loci,24 of which were polymorphic;the average of Shannon’s information index was 0.583,the average of Nei’s genetic diversity index was 0.370,the allele K was 2-4 with an average 2.4;the average observed heterozygosity was 0.235,the expected heterozygosity was 0.398,and the PIC of polymorphic information content was 0.330;SSR markers amplified 28 gene loci,all of which were polymorphic,and an average of 3.5 polymorphic gene loci were amplified per marker;the average of Shannon’s information index was 0.926,the average of Nei’s genetic diversity index was 0.548,the alleles K was 2-7 with an average of 4.625;the average observed heterozygosity was 0.399,the expected heterozygosity was 0.587,and the PIC of polymorphic information content was 0.523.The study found that most of the red beet varieties are close to each other,so it is suggested that the varieties with longer genetic distance should be selected as parents in breeding new varieties.
