摘要 为解决人工种植中缺少判定苗木优劣标准的问题,并为黑果枸杞的栽培利用提供依据,采集来自青海、甘肃、新疆、内蒙古不同种源、不同种植地中野生与人工栽种黑果枸杞果实,测定果实中原花青素含量。结果表明:鲜果原花青素含量内蒙古种源最高,之后依次为青海、甘肃、新疆,内蒙古、青海种源黑果枸杞可作为阿拉善盟地区黑果枸杞优选品种;不同种植地中,种植在额济纳旗的黑果枸杞原花青素含量最高,阿拉善地区的环境指标可作为黑果枸杞种植地参考;人工栽种的黑果枸杞果实原花青素含量高于野生黑果枸杞。 The paper aims at the reference basis for judging the seedling quality of Lycium rethenicum in artificial planting.The wild and artificially planted L.rethenicum from different provenances and different planting areas in Qinghai,Gansu,Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia were collected,and the proanthocyanidin content in fruits was determined.The results showed that the content of proanthocyanidins in fresh L.rethenicum fruits was the highest from Inner Mongolia,followed by that from Qinghai,Gansu and Xinjiang.Inner Mongolia and Qinghai provenances of L.rethenicum could be used as the preferred varieties in the Alxa League region.Among different planting areas,the content of proanthocyanidins in L.rethenicum planted in Ejina was the highest,and the environmental indicators in the Alxa League region could be used as reference for the planting of L.rethenicum.The proanthocyanidin content in fruits of artificially planted L.rethenicum was higher than that of wild L.rethenicum.
