米索前列醇治疗妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

目的探讨米索前列醇治疗妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高症)产妇产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治的86例妊高症产后出血产妇作为研究对象,按照治疗用药的不同分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例)。对照组予以催产素肌内注射治疗,观察组予以米索前列醇治疗。比较两组的产后出血情况和不良反应总发生率。结果观察组的产后2、24h出血量少于对照组,出血率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将米索前列醇应用到妊高症产后出血的治疗中效果显著,有效降低了产妇的出血量和不良反应发生率,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (pregnancy-induced hypertension).Methods A total of 86 cases of postpartum hemorrhagic women with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group (43 cases) and the observation group (43 cases) according to the treatment medication.The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of Oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Misoprostol.The postpartum hemorrhage and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group at 2 and 24 h after birth was less than that in the control group,and the bleeding rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Misoprostol to the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy-induced hypertension is effective,effectively reducing the amount of bleeding and the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of widespread use in the clinic.
