硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗子痫前期的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Labetalol in the treatment of preeclampsia

目的探讨硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗子痫前期的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月我院收治的158例子痫前期患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为对照组(79例)和研究组(79例)。对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,研究组采用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、治疗总有效率、不良妊娠结局、24h尿蛋白和血黏度水平。结果研究组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率为93.67%,高于对照组的75.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的产后出血、新生儿窒息、早产、宫内窘迫不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的24h尿蛋白和血黏度水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗子痫前期的过程当中,使用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗,能取得较好的治疗效果,有效降低血压,改善妊娠结局,减少24h尿蛋白和血黏度水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Labetalol in the treatment of preeclampsia.Methods A total of 158 patients with preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into control group (79 cases) and study group (79 cases) according to the odd-even number method.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,while the study group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Labetalol.Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial blood pressure,total effective rate of treatment,adverse pregnancy outcome,24-hour urinary protein and blood viscosity were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.67%,which was higher than 75.95% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,premature delivery and intrauterine distress in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The 24 hour urinary protein and blood viscosity levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment of preeclampsia,Magnesium Sulfate combined with Labellol can achieve better therapeutic effect,effectively reduce blood pressure,improve pregnancy outcomes,and reduce 24-hour urinary protein and blood viscosity levels.
