眼轮匝肌缩短改良术治疗老年性下眼睑内翻的效果

Effect of improvement operation of orbital palpebral muscle shortening in the treatment of senile lower eyelid entropion

目的评价眼轮匝肌缩短改良术治疗老年性下眼睑内翻的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年6月我院收治的90例老年性下眼睑内翻患者,依据随机双盲原则分为常规组(45例共59眼)与改良组(45例共61眼)。常规组接受常规切除手术治疗,改良组接受改良手术治疗,比较两组的术后治疗效果和远期治疗效果。结果改良组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);改良组患者的术后并发症总发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05);6个月的跟踪随访结果显示,改良组患者的疾病复发率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论眼轮匝肌缩短改良术治疗老年性下眼睑内翻的术后近期疗效和远期疗效都好于传统切除治疗,且并发症少,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of improvement operation of orbital palpebral muscle shortening in the treatment of senile lower eyelid entropion.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,90 patients with senile lower eyelid entropion were selected and divided into the routine group (59 eyes in 45 cases) and the modified group (61 eyes in 45 cases) according to the principle of random double-blind.The routine group received routine excision surgery,and the modified group received modified surgery.The curative effect and long-term curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the modified group was significantly higher than that of the routine group (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the modified group was significantly lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05).The 6-month follow-up showed that the recurrence rate in the modified group was significantly lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion The short-term and long-term results of the improvement operation of orbital palpebral muscle shortening in the treatment of senile lower eyelid entropion are better than those of traditional excision therapy,and the complications are less,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
