“一病一品”模式在下肢深静脉血栓导管溶栓患者中的应用

Application of “one disease and one trait” mode in patients accepted with catheter-direct thrombolysis for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

目的探讨“一病一品”模式在下肢深静脉血栓导管溶栓患者专科护理服务中的效果。方法选取我院2016年6月~2017年6月收治的19例下肢深静脉血栓导管溶栓患者作为对照组,2017年7月~2018年7月收治的23例下肢深静脉血栓导管溶栓患者作为观察组,对照组实施导管溶栓常规护理,观察组采用“一病一品”护理方案,比较两组患者的满意度、术后恢复情况。结果观察组患者的满意度评分高于对照组,住院天数短于对照组,并发症发生率、术后复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢深静脉血栓导管溶栓“一病一品”护理模式有利于促进患者的康复,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of “one disease and one trait” mode in the special nursing service for patients accepted with catheter-direct thrombolysis (CDT) for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,19 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis via CDT were included in the control group.From July 2017 to July 2018,23 patients with deep venous thrombosis via CDT were enrolled in the observation group.In the control group,conventional nursing after CDT was used,while in the observation group,“one disease and one trait” nursing program was adopted.The patients′ satisfaction and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction rate score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,and incidence of complications and the postoperative recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The “one disease and one trait” nursing mode after CDT treatment for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis is beneficial to promote patient′s recovery,and improve patients′ satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
