健康教育在老年性白内障患者护理中的临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨健康教育在老年性白内障患者护理中的实施效果。方法选取2017年8月~2018年10月我院收治的80例老年性白内障患者作为研究对象,根据单双号编号将其分为对照组(单号,40例)与观察组(双号,40例),对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上联合实施健康教育,比较两组患者健康知识掌握程度优良率、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的健康知识掌握程度优良率为97.5%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意度为95.0%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性白内障患者的护理中实施健康教育,可以提高患者的健康知识掌握度,提高生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the implementation effect of health education in the nursing of senile cataract patients.Methods Eighty-eight patients with senile cataract who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the control group (single number,40 cases) and observation group (double number,40 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was jointly implemented health education on the basis of routine nursing.The excellent rate of health knowledge,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than 80.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than that of the control group (72.5%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing health education in the care of senile cataract patients can significantly improve health knowledge,quality of life and care satisfaction.
