摘要 液晶屏终检之前需要经过老化测试筛选出不良品,而基于PLC的传统集中控制模式无法满足不同型号液晶屏的柔性协调控制。针对液晶屏老化测试系统所需的柔性、重构性以及高鲁棒性的设计要求,提出了基于多智能体系统理论的老化测试控制模型,基于KQML原语建立液晶屏老化测试系统的通信系统,通过动态调度建立多Agent模型调度系统,协调其各个子系统间的衔接与交互。经现场测试验证了该系统的高效性及鲁棒性。 Before the final inspection of the LCD screen,it is necessary to pass the aging test to screen out the defective products,and the traditional centralized control mode based on PLC cannot meet the flexible coordinated control of different types of LCD screens.Aiming at the design requirements of flexibility,reconfigurability and high robustness of LCD aging test system,an aging test control model based on multi-agent system theory is proposed.The communication system based on KQML primitive is used to establish LCD aging test system.The multi-agent model scheduling system is established through dynamic scheduling,and the connection and interaction between its various subsystems are coordinated.The robustness and high efficiency of the system are verified by field tests.
