摘要
在傅里叶红外光谱的多组分分析中,针对未知成分的混合气体,可以得到其红外光谱。该文重点研究以下问题:在得到纯粹气体的库谱条件下,通过使用已知的纯光谱,在一定误差范围内对混合光谱进行定性和定量分析。在FTIR理论的基础上得到混合气体分离的相应算法。实验结果表明,基于傅里叶红外光谱的气体分离算法具有准确率高、应用范围广等优点,在环境气体的检测技术领域发展前景非常广阔。
In the multicomponent analysis of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,the infrared spectrum can be obtained for the mixed gas with unknown composition.In this paper,the following problems are studied:qualitative and quantitative analysis of the mixed spectra are carried out in a certain error range by using the known pure spectrum under the condition of obtaining pure gas.On the basis of FTIR theory,the corresponding algorithm of mixed gas separation is obtained.The experimental results show that the gas separation algorithm based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy has the advantages of high accuracy and wide application range.In the field of environmental gas detection technology,the development prospect is very broad.
