摘要
工程设计中,分程控制系统分程点多通过同类装置的工程经验来确定,当阀门参数或装置规模发生变化时,分程点的确定需通过长时间投运调试获取,影响装置正常投产时间。通过对分程控制系统的特点及工艺操作要求分析,提出一种理论计算思路,把分程控制分程点的求取转换为数学求解问题,推导出不同阀门流量特性组成的分程控制系统分程点的计算公式。以工程设计中分程控制应用实例为例,演示了计算公式使用方法,验证了计算公式的正确性及简单易操作性。
In engineering design,the split point of split control system is usually derived from engineering experience of resembling plants.When valves’parameters change or the plant scale increases,the commissioning stage in which the split point is supposed to be obtained will drag on,thus delays a plant’s operation time.This paper based on an analysis of the features of split control system and requirements of process control,presents a theoretical way of split point calculation,transferring the engineer problem of split point to mathematical computations.A series of derived formulas are also provided to accommodate flow characteristics of different valves.Its easy application and soundness is demonstrated in a real world engineering case.
