摘要 为保证RFQ加速器的长时间安全稳定运行,设计了一套基于EPICS软件结构的分布式控制系统。该系统采用新型PLC控制器和PROFINET现场总线设计,主要完成对RFQ腔体冷却水温度、流量等相关参数的实时监测,并在PLC内部实现冷却水故障与RFQ腔体功率给定的安全联锁功能。测试结果表明:水温监测精度为0.1℃,流量监测精度为0.4 I7min,腔体冷却故障联锁保护时间小于10 ms,数据上传和归档时间间隔为100 ms。该系统满足设计要求,可为RFQ加速器的安全运行提供控制保障。 The RFQ accelerator is an important part of the Low Energy Accelerator Facility (LEAF). In order to enhance the reliability of RFQ cavity protection and operation, a distributed control system based on EPICS software structure is designed by using a new PLC controller and PROFINET field bus. The control system mainly completes the real-time monitoring of the temperature and flow of the cooling water of the RFQ cavity, and realizes the safety interlock function of the cooling water fault and the RFQ cavity power given within the PLC. The test results show that the water temperature monitoring accuracy is 0.1℃, the flow monitoring accuracy is 0.4 L/min, the cavity cooling fault interlock protection time is less than 10 ms, and the data uploading and archiving time interval is 100 ms. The designed control system can satisfy the design requirements and provide a reliable guarantee for safe operation of the LEAF RFQ accelerator.
