摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮不同粗蛋白质水平对断奶仔猪生长性能和经济效益的影响。选择160头体重7.0 kg、(25±1)日龄的健康杜长大三元杂种断奶仔猪,按体重随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪,公母各半。按照等能等氨基酸配制饲粮,4个处理组分别饲喂粗蛋白质水平为20.50%、19.50%、18.50%和17.50%的饲粮。试验期14 d。结果表明:1)生长性能,饲粮粗蛋白质水平为19.50%、18.50%、17.50%时,随着饲粮中粗蛋白质水平的降低,仔猪日采食量和日增重表现为显著线性降低(P<0.05);仔猪料重比有升高趋势(P>0.05)。饲粮粗蛋白质水平为20.50%、18.50%时,仔猪日采食量、日增重、料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲粮粗蛋白质为19.50%时,小猪日采食量、日增重、料重比最佳。2)经济效益,小猪每千克增重饲料成本,在当时的饲料原料价格行情下,饲粮粗蛋白质水平为18.50%组最低(4.40元),饲粮粗蛋白质水平为17.50%组最高(4.54元),饲粮粗蛋白质水平为19.50%组(4.41元)和饲粮粗蛋白质水平为18.50%组(4.40元)接近。综上所述,该试验条件下,饲粮粗蛋白质水平19.50%时,断奶仔猪生长性能和经济效益最佳。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary crude protein levels on growth performance and economic benefit of weaned piglets.A total of 160 healthy crossbred piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire);7.0 kg weaned at(25±1)day of age were randomly allotted to 4 treatments.Each treatment had five replications with 10 piglets per replication(half male and half female).The four treatments used diets with different crude protein levels(20.50%,19.50%,18.50%and 17.50%),but with the same net energy and lysine.The experimental period was 14 days.The results showed that:1)growth performance:with the descrease of the dietary CP levels(19.50%,18.50%,17.50%),the feed intake and daily gain is significantly descreased(P<0.05),the feed gain ratio is increased(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in piglets'daily feed intake,daily weight gain and feed weight ratio when the CP level was 20.50%and 18.50%(P>0.05).The daily intake,daily weight gain and feed weight ratio of piglets were the best when it was 19.50%.2)Economic benefits:the feed cost per kilogram of weight gain was the lowest when the CP level was 18.50%(4.40 yuan)and the highest when 17.50%(4.54 yuan),under the price of raw materials at that time.The feed cost per kilogram of weight gain(4.41 yuan)of CP 19.50%was similar to that of CP 18.50%(4.40 yuan).According to this study,the growth performance and economic benefit of piglets were the best when the crude protein level of the diet was 19.50%.
