艽龙胶囊及其主成分对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠的作用

The effect of Jiao long Capsule and its main components on ulcerative colitis in rats

目的探讨艽龙胶囊及其主成分对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠的预防保护作用。方法采用2.5%DSS建立小鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型,造模同时各治疗组给予相应治疗药物,模型组及正常组给予等容量生理盐水,连续给药7d,分别进行小鼠疾病活动指数(DAI)和结肠粘膜损伤指数(CMDI)评分,检测血清NO和TNF-α含量及结肠组织SP和VIP含量。结果艽龙胶囊及其主成分龙胆苦苷和马钱苷酸能够显著改善UC小鼠DAI和CMDI评分,显著降低UC小鼠血清NO和TNF-α含量,同时还降低结肠组织SP和VIP含量。结论艽龙胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎具有显著的预防保护作用,其功效成分为龙胆苦苷和马钱苷酸。

Objective To explore the effect of Jiao long Capsule and its main components on ulcerative colitis (UC) in mice. Method The model of ulcerative colitis was established by 2.5% DSS, and was randomly divided into 8 groups. At the same time, each treatment group was given the corresponding therapeutic drugs. The model group and the normal group were administrated with normal saline for 7 days. Activity index and colonic mucosal injury index score, serum NO and TNF-α levels and SP and VIP content in colon tissue were measured. Results Jiao long Capsule and its main components including gentiopicroside and loganic acid, can significantly improve the DAI and CMDI scores of UC mice, and dramatically reduce the serum NO and TNF-α levels in UC mice, and decrease the SP and VIP content in colon tissues. Conclusion Jiao long Capsule has a significant therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis, and its functional ingredients are gentiopicroside and mazonic acid.
