摘要 针对"IT悖论”问题,探讨如何通过信息系统(IS)创新的学习过程使其符合企业实际,获得应有的投资绩效。首先,将企业IS创新主体分为IT人员和IS使用人员,运用AnyLogic软件建立两类企业人员创新学习过程的智能体模型,然后分别针对不同创新人群及不同创新模式的学习过程进行分析,从而提出提高每类创新模式学习过程的最佳途径。研究表明,对于IT人员来说,提高开拓式创新的最优途径是招聘知识储备高、沟通能力好的IT员工,提高升级式创新的最优途径是增强IT部门与业务部门的交流,提高移植式创新的最优途径是培养员工的分析与组合能力,提高模仿式创新的最优途径是大力引进IS新技术;对于IS使用人员,提高创造性使用的最优途径是加强IT团队的支持,而拓展性使用因为较容易实现,企业无需加大投入。 Aiming at the problem of "IT paradox", this paper discusses how to make it accord with the reality of the enterprise through the learning process of information system(IS) innovation so as to obtain the due investment performance. Firstly, the main body of enterprise IS innovation is divided into IT personnel and IS users, and the agent model of innovation learning process of two kinds of enterprise personnel is established by using AnyLogic software,then the learning process of different innovation groups and different innovation models is analyzed respectively, and the best way to improve the learning process of each kind of innovation mode is put forward. The research shows that for IT staff, the best way to improve the open-up innovation is to recruit the IT staff with high knowledge reserve and good communication ability, and to improve the optimal way of upgrading the innovation is to enhance the communication between the IT department and the business unit, the best way to improve the innovation of transplant is to train the analysis and the combination ability of the staff, and the best way to improve the imitative innovation is to introduce the new technology of IS;for the IS users, the best way to improve creative use is to strengthen the support of IT team, and extensible use because it is easier to implement, enterprises do not need to increase investment.
