摘要 文章介绍了构架不退火工艺的应用现状,分析了构架设计验证标准,并总结了焊接残余应力对疲劳性能与尺寸稳定性影响的理论基础与一般规律。结果表明,满足设计与制造工艺要求的构架,焊接残余应力不是影响其疲劳性能与尺寸稳定性的重要因素,全面推广应用构架不退火工艺具备实践与理论基础。 In this paper, the application status of bogie frame without annealing process is presented, the design and verification standards of bogie frame are analyzed, the theory basis and general influence rule of welding residual stress on the fatigue performance and dimensional stability are summarized. The results show that the welding residual stress is not an important influence factor on the fatigue performance and dimensional stability of bogie frame with required design and manufacturing process. There is reliable practical and theoretical basis on comprehensive application of bogie frame without annealing process.
