刘氏小儿推拿治疗小儿急性腹泻临床观察

Clinical Observation of Liu’s Pediatric Massage on Children with Acute Diarrhea

目的:观察刘氏小儿推拿治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:100例按随机排列表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组用刘氏小儿推拿治疗,对照组用常规西药治疗,两组均连续治疗3天。结果:观察组总有救率98%、痊愈率58%,对照组总有效率为86%、痊愈率38%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组每日大便次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),止泻时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未出现不良反应。结论:刘氏小儿推拿治疗小儿急性腹泻可明显提高临床疗效、缩短疾病病程,并且安全。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liu’s pediatric massage in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children.Method:100 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the randomized list method.The observation group were treated with Liu’s pediatric massage while the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 days.Result:The total effective rate was 98%and the cure rate was 58%respectively while that of the control group was 86%and 38%respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The times of stools per day in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The checking diarrheatime was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment period.Conclusion:Liu’s pediatric massage could significantly improve clinical efficacy and shorten the course of disease,with safety on children with acute diarrhea.
