摘要
针对金属矿山选矿固废的绿色利用难题,结合矿区道路抑尘的行业难题,提出利用矿山选矿厂尾矿泥和甩尾碎石采用固结手段解决矿区道路扬尘抑制和修筑道路,参照碾压混凝土的配制工艺和施工方法制作具有水硬性的刚性路面,从源头治理扬尘,并实现矿区固体废弃物直接绿色利用。研究结果对解决矿区道路抑尘、实现选矿固废绿色利用具有指导意义。
For the green utilization problem of metallurgical beneficiation and solid waste,combined with the industry problems of road dust suppression in mining areas,the paper proposes to use the consolidation method of tailings mud and spin gravel to solve the mine road dust suppression and building roads,and consults the preparation technology and construction method of pavement with hydraulic hardness,control dust from the source,and realizes direct green utilization of solid waste in the mining area.The research results have practical guiding significance for solving the road dust suppression in mining areas and realizing the green utilization of mineral processing solid waste.
