摘要
文昌油田群由8个井口平台和一艘FPSO(浮式生产储卸油装置)组成,FPSO116负责处理来自8个平台的油气水,处理合格后的生产水进行排海。随着油田持续开发,油井含水率也逐步升高,随着调整井和新平台的投产,FPSO116面临的生产水处理压力越来越大。油田增设卧式改性纤维球装置,并结合油田现状,创新性的对纤维球内部集水槽、反冲气管进行改造,对工作模式进行优化,有效地提高生产水处理效果。
The Wenchang oilfield group is composed of 8 wellhead platforms and a FPSO(floating production,oil storage and unloading device).FPSO116 is responsible for treating oil and gas water from 8 platforms,and the qualified production water is discharged to the sea.With the continuous development of oil fields,the water content of oil Wells increases gradually.With the commissioning of adjustment Wells and new platforms,the pressure of production water treatment faced by FPSO116 becomes larger and larger.In this oil field,a horizontal modified fiber ball device is added,and combining with the current situation of the oil field,an innovative transformation is carried out on the inner collecting flume and backdraft pipe of the fiber ball,and the working mode is optimized to effectively improve the treatment effect of production water.
