摘要
石油化工项目具有投入资金数额大、技术密集、建设周期长等特征,使其费用控制难度较大。基于此,从石油化工项目工程费用控制的重要性及不足入手,结合工程实例,给出工程全过程费用控制的相关建议,以丰富石化工程费用控制的理论,为相关单位开展石化工程费用控制提供实践参考。
Petrochemical projects have the characteristics of large amount of investment,intensive technology and long construction cycle,which make it difficult to control the cost.Based on this,this paper starts with the importance and shortcomings of cost control in petrochemical projects,and gives relevant suggestions on cost control in the whole process of the project with engineering examples,in order to enrich the theory of cost control in petrochemical projects and provide practical reference for relevant units to carry out cost control in petrochemical projects.
