Overview of Patent Technology of FDM Mixed Color Printing Nozzle Structure

FDM(熔融沉积成型)将不同原色的供料输送到喷嘴内,熔融混合,通过控制各原色供料的配比,实现全彩3D打印对DWPI和SIPOABS专利数据库进行检索,分析近十年来涉及FDM混色打印喷嘴结构的专利申请,并针对混色打印喷嘴结构特点进行了分析总结。

FDM(Fused Deposition Molding)transports different primary color feeds into the nozzle,melts and mixes them,and achieves full-color 3 D printing by controlling the ratio of primary color feeds.This paper searches the patent databases of DWPI and SIPOABS,analyses the patent applications related to the structure of FDM mixed color printing nozzles in recent ten years,and summarizes the structure characteristics of mixed color printing nozzles.
