内喷涂废气罐设计制造中的特殊考虑

摘要 内喷涂容器的结构设计与制造有其特殊性,设计和制造中某些因素可直接影响喷涂的完成及最终质量,特氟龙、哈拉等氟塑料的喷涂在容器行业逐渐被广泛使用。鉴于目前喷涂的实际工艺及水平,工程技术人员需要熟悉并掌握内喷涂容器的特殊设计、制造要求。结合内涂层废气罐的设计制造经历展开,从工作流程、设计、制造及验收方面,对内喷涂及贴衬设备在设计与制造中需要进行的特殊考虑进行详细论述。 The structure design and manufacturing of spray coating vessel has its specific requirements,some key factors in the design and manufacturing can be directly affects the quality of coating.Fluorine plastics such as Teflon,Halar are widely used in coating industry,in view of the level of spray coating at present,inner coating and lining structure design and manufacturing require technicians understand and master the special requirements of spray coating.This article based on the experience of coated exhaust gas tank,it introduces and discusses the special consideration in the design and manufacture of internal coating and lining vessels from process,design and manufacture,etc.
