摘要
电解氯化钠过程中,受物料高温影响,在电解槽顶部会产生部分盐粉尘和烟尘,在日常操作中,这些粒径≤10μm盐粉尘会随空气进入呼吸道诱发呼吸道疾病,通常用楼顶风机将其直接引至室外,这种操作不仅会对周边环境造成污染还不能从根本治理这一问题。袋式除尘器是利用由过滤介质制成袋状或筒状过滤元件来捕集含尘气体中粉尘的除尘设备。主要对过滤金属钠生产工艺中附带的轻微粒子、可吸入微粒物的袋式除尘器进行研究。
During the process of sodium chloride electrolysis,affected by the high temperature of the material,some salt dust and smoke dust will be produced on the top of the electrolytic cell.In daily operation,these salt dust whose particle size is less than 10 micron will enter the respiratory tract with the air and induce respiratory diseases.Usually,the roof fan is used to direct it outdoors.This kind of operation will not only cause air pollution to the surrounding environment,but also can not fundamentally control this problem.Problem.Bag filter is a kind of dedusting equipment which collects dust in dusty gas by making bag or cylindrical filter elements from filter medium.In this paper,the equipment design of the bag filter for filtering light particles and inhalable particles attached to the production process of sodium metal is studied.
