摘要
为了保障企业的经济效益,必须要保证生产线的正常运转,同时还需用必要的技术方法提高生产线的运行效率,对于化工企业来说也是如此。在化工生产中,离不开化工机械,因此为了进一步提高效益,企业应当对其自身使用的化工机械有所了解,以便于对其进行故障诊断与控制。主要分析了化工机械在各个阶段可能出现的故障原因,以及故障诊断与控制所使用的一般方法。
In order to ensure the economic benefits of enterprises and improve profits,enterprises must ensure the normal operation of production lines,and also need to use the necessary technical methods to improve the operation efficiency of production lines,for chemical enterprises,the same is true.In chemical production,chemical machinery is indispensable,so in order to further improve the efficiency,enterprises should have some knowledge of their own chemical machinery,so as to facilitate its fault diagnosis and control.This paper mainly analyses the possible causes of faults of chemical machinery in various stages and the general methods of fault diagnosis and control.
