摘要
模拟井筒加温加压系统是为高温高压条件下射孔提供温度和压力支持的专用设备,该设备为高温高压射孔釜体提供一套额定温度300℃的加温系统和一套额定压力240MPa的加压系统(孔隙压力流体为3%的NaCl溶液),可利用原有装置提供围压和井压,以及相应的加温系统、加压系统(围压、孔隙压力和井压)的自动控制系统,满足模拟高温、井压、孔隙压力和围压条件下进行射孔试验的需求。
The simulated wellbore heating and pressurizing system is a special equipment for providing temperature and pressure support for perforating under high temperature and high pressure conditions.The equipment provides a heating system with a rated temperature of 300 ℃ and a set of ratings for the high temperature and high pressure perforating tank.Pressure system with pressure of240 MPa(porosity pressure fluid is 3% NaCl solution),can use the original device to provide confining pressure and well pressure,and the corresponding heating system,pressurized system(confining pressure,pore pressure and well pressure)Automatic control system.Meet the need for perforating tests under simulated high temperature,well pressure,pore pressure and confining pressure conditions.
