摘要
玄武岩纤维是一种新型环保的高性能纤维,由分布广泛的玄武岩进行熔融拉丝成型制备而成。近年来,玄武岩纤维的应用有了较快的增长,但纤维使用推广过程中仍有诸多局限。针对玄武岩纤维的改性处理,提出用一种新型的硅炭黑材料完成对纤维表面粗糙度的改善,拓宽玄武岩纤维在车用复合材料中的应用。
Basalt fiber is a new type of environmentally-friendly high-performance fiber prepared by melt-drawing molding of widely distributed basalt.In the past years,the application of basalt fiber has grown rapidly,but there are still many limitations in the promotion of fiber use.Aiming at the improved treatment of basalt fiber,a new type of silicon carbon black material is proposed to improve the surface roughness of the fiber and broaden the application of basalt fiber in the automotive composite.
