摘要
介绍了设计料浆法粉状磷酸一铵装置时,从节能方面考虑对常规设计所做的改动,调整浓缩终点、改变冷凝液的处理方式,可以使厂区蒸汽消耗量减少,余热利用更充分,具有良好的经济效益。
This paper introduces the design of slurry pulverized monoammonium phosphate plant.Considering the change of conventional design from the aspect of energy saving,adjusting the end point of concentration and changing the treatment mode of condensate can reduce the steam consumption in the plant area,make full use of waste heat and have good economic benefits.
