以化工安全生产中存在的问题为主要论述对象,针对化工安全生产中常见问题提出解决对策。从提高员工安全意识、建立安全生产责任制等角度,为化工安全生产实现可持续发展,建立安全管理体系,进行相应的研究和探索,期望在化工安全生产中提出的创新性思路,能够对促进化工企业稳定长期发展具有参考价值。

This paper takes the problems existing in chemical safety production as the main object of discussion,and puts forward solutions to the common problems in chemical safety production.In order to realize the sustainable development of chemical safety production and establish a safety management system,this paper carries out corresponding research and exploration from the perspectives of improving staff safety awareness and establishing safety production responsibility system.It is hoped that the innovative ideas put forward in chemical safety production will have reference value for promoting the stable and long-term development of chemical enterprises.
