Design and Analysis of Air Compression Station in Natural Gas Processing Plant

随着石油气产业的发展,天然气作为清洁能源深受大众青睐,其中天然气处理厂的辅助工程设计也引起了相关研究人员的重视,在此之上,简要介绍了天然气处理厂空压站的作用及规模,并对空压机机组配置、压缩空气用量、干燥器、供气的气源、空气储罐设计的选择,以及空压站的应用前景进行分析,以使空压站的工作效率得到改善,提升天然气供应的质量。

With the development of petroleum gas industry,natural gas as a clean energy is favored by the public,and the design of auxiliary engineering of natural gas treatment plant has also attracted the attention of relevant researchers.On this basis,this paper briefly introduces the function and scale of air compressor station in natural gas treatment plant,and through the configuration of air compressor units,the amount of compressed air,dryer and gas source for gas supply.In order to improve the efficiency of air compressor station and improve the quality of natural gas supply,the selection of air storage tank design and the application prospect of air compressor station are discussed.
