四川长宁页岩气超长水平井钻井技术的应用 被引量:4

摘要 四川长宁页岩气区块水平井的水平段随着逐步开发水平段越来越长,超长水平井越来越多、地质结构复杂,在钻井过程中井漏、阻卡频繁,水平段施工复杂率高,施工周期长,影响钻井质量,对区块规模上产影响较大。通过对该区块的地质特征与钻井难点进行分析,优化井下工具和轨迹控制,优选个性化钻头,应用防漏堵漏技术以及安全钻进控制措施,大幅减少了钻井复杂率,现场将钻井周期由平均104d减少至68.02d,对加快该区块及页岩油、气水平井区规模开发具有一定借鉴意义。 The horizontal section of the horizontal well in the Changning shale gas block in Sichuan is getting longer and longer with the gradual development of the horizontal section.There are more and more horizontal wells and complex geological structures.During the drilling process,the well leaks and the resistance are frequent,and the horizontal section is constructed.The high complexity rate and long construction period affect the quality of the drilling and have a great impact on the block size.Through the geological characteristics of the block and analysis of drilling difficulties,optimization of downhole tools and trajectory control,optimization of individual drill bits,application of leak-proof and leak-proof technology and safe drilling control measures,the drilling complexity is greatly reduced,and the drilling cycle is averaged on site.The reduction from 104 days to 68.02 days has certain reference significance for accelerating the development of the block and shale oil and gas horizontal well areas.
