蒙药阿那日四味散HPLC指纹图谱的建立及主要指标成分测定

Fingerprint and multi-components content simultaneous determination for Mongolian Medicine Anari-4 powder by HPLC

目的:建立蒙药阿那日四味散的HPLC指纹图谱,并测定5种指标成分(没食子酸、安石榴苷、鞣花酸、桂皮醛、胡椒碱)的含量.方法:运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件建立阿那日四味散的HPLC指纹图谱,通过比对对照品、单味药材及阴性样品进行共有峰归属和成分指认.结果:10批次样品相似度>0.98;显示20个共有峰,其中1~12号峰来源于石榴,13、14号峰来源于肉桂,15~20号峰来源于荜茇.结论:所建立的阿那日四味散HPLC指纹图谱专属性强,5种主要检测指标线性关系良好,可以用于阿那日四味散的质量控制,为阿那日系列复方的研究提供基础.

Objective: Establish the HPLC fingerprint of Mongolian medicine Anari-4 powder and determine the contents of five constituents. Methods: HPLC fingerprints was established by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM, and main peaks were identified through controls, single herbs and negative Anari -4 samples. Results: Fingerprints of Anari-4 were established and the similarity of 10 batches was more than 0.98 among different samples. Among identified 20 common peaks, peaks 1 to 12 were from pomegranate, peaks 13 and 14 were from cinnamon, and peaks 15 to 20 were from Long pepper. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprints of Anari-4 powder could be used for the quality control, with good average recoveries, specificity, precision,of main constituents , providing basis for further studies on therapeutic efficacy of Anari-4.
