The thesis of this article is the 3D-based management methodology research of standard parts database.Thanks to adopting the data resource bank of standard parts at the prior phase in 3D-design and researching the system more deeply,the utilization ratio of data resource bank has been improved,the technicians could be more flexible to use it in design.The biggest change is introducing the management properties and effective management and control of 3D data resource bank.
