摘要
近年来,数字化技术以及基于模型定义(MBD,ModelBasedDefinition)技术促使现有的设计和工艺由二维向三维、由纸质向数字化、由离散向集成、结构化转变,这对设计、工艺等数据质量提出了更高的要求。通过对企业业务和三维数字化产品与工艺设计数据的研究,综合数字化系统和标准化建设,提出了数据质量的综合控制体系。规范了产品与工艺设计数据集及其检查要求,建立了数据的软件检测系统,运用结构化技术实现了数据规范性在设计和工艺软件中的自动保障。最后,在典型产品研发中验证了该体系的有效性。
In recent years,digital technology and Model Based Definition(MBD)technology have promoted the existing product design and process design from two-dimensions to three-dimensions,from paper to digitalization,from dissociation to integration and structuring,which puts higher quality data requirements for design and process.Based on the research of enterprise business and 3D product and process design data,integrated digital system research and development,and standardization work,this paper presents a comprehensive quality control system for data,in which the product and process design data set and its inspection requirements are standardized,the software for data check is established,and the structural technology is used to realize the automatic check for data normalization,and of which the effectiveness is validated in typical products’research and development.
