摘要
干式切削工艺消除了传统切削油液的使用,是一种典型的绿色清洁加工工艺。目前干式切削工艺逐渐得到产业化应用,但缺乏对干式切削工艺性能进行综合评价的指标体系及方法,以衡量材料适应干式切削加工的能力。因此,本文对干式切削工艺性能评价进行了研究。首先构建了包括生产成本、加工表面完整性、热致加工误差、环境排放等在内的干式切削工艺性能评价指标体系。其次,基于模糊层次分析法,建立了干式切削工艺性能评价模型。最后,以高速干切滚齿工艺为案例,对提出的评价模型进行了应用。本研究可为干式切削工艺性能评价提供参考。
Due to the absence of cutting oil and the adoption of high cutting speed,dry cutting has been confirmed as a dominant green production technology.At present,dry cutting has been gradually applied in manufacturing sector.However,the comprehensive evaluation method of dry cutting performance has not been developed to measure the machinability.This paper investigates the comprehensive performance evaluation of dry cutting.Firstly,the evaluation index system of dry cutting is established,including production cost,machined surface integrity,thermal error and environmental emission.Secondly,a process performance evaluation model of dry cutting is developed based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP).Finally,a high-speed dry hobbing process is introduced as a case study to apply the proposed method.This paper can provide a reference for the process performance evaluation of dry cutting.
