摘要
以一种铝合金钎焊集成气路板为研究对象,在钎焊集成气路板结构的三维几何模型的基础上,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立有限元分析模型并进行静强度计算。首先对钎焊集成气路板的特定压力载荷工况进行分析,给出静强度评估;其次,根据分析结果,对钎焊集成气路板气路结构进行了优化设计。钎焊集成气路板的强度仿真分析为其实际结构设计和优化提供有效的参考依据。
Taking an aluminum alloy brazed integrated air circuit board as the research object,The static strength calculation was performed using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,based on the three-dimensional geometric model of the brazed integrated air circuit board structure.The static mechanic behaviors of the brazed integrated air circuit board under some typical load cases are analyzed,and the evaluation of static strengthen is determined.According to the analysis results,the air circuit structure of the brazed integrated air circuit board is optimized.The strength simulation analysis of brazed integrated air circuit board provides an effective reference for its practical design and structural optimization.
