不同比例汾酒酒糟对生菜生长和品质的影响

摘要 以意大利生菜为试材,以不同比例(0,10%,20%,30%,体积比)的汾酒酒糟替代商品复合基质作为栽培基质,探究不同配比酒糟-商品复合基质对生菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明,适宜比例的汾酒酒糟替代商品复合基质作为栽培基质可显著提高生菜株高、叶片数、干鲜质量,增加生菜的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和维生素C含量。综合考虑,利用20%的汾酒酒糟替代商品复合基质作为栽培基质,生菜的生长状况和营养品质相对较好。 In this study,the Italian lettuce was used as experiment material,and Fen-wine-distillers'grains with different proportions(0,10%,20%,30%,volume ratio)were used as substitutes for the commercial composite substrates,to explore the effects of Fen-wine-distillers'grains on the growth and quality of lettuce.The results showed that the suitable proportion of distillers'grains could significantly increase the plant height,leaf number,dry and fresh quality,soluble protein,soluble sugar and vitamin C contents of lettuce.Considering comprehensively,using 20%Fen-wine-distillers'grains instead of the commercial composite substrates,lettuce had the relatively good growth condition and nutritional quality.
