石墨烯对藜麦幼苗根系形态及生物量的影响 被引量:12

摘要 纳米炭材料石墨烯对作物的生长具有重要作用。配制含有不同质量浓度石墨烯(0,2,4,8,12,20mg/L)的MS培养基,研究石墨烯对藜麦幼苗根系形态(根系总长度、总表面积、总投影面积、体积、根尖数、分叉数)及生物量(干物质质量)的影响。结果发现,在石墨烯质量浓度为4,8mg/L的MS培养基上生长的藜麦幼苗根系形态指标均显著大于对照组,说明特定浓度的石墨烯能够促进藜麦根系生长和形态发育;另外,在石墨烯质量浓度为2,4,8,12mg/L的MS培养基上生长的藜麦幼苗生物量显著大于对照组,其中,8mg/L的石墨烯对藜麦幼苗干物质积累具有明显的促进作用。 Graphene plays an important role in the growth of crops.This study prepared MS medium containing different concentrations of graphene(0,2,4,8,12,20 mg/L)and studied the effects of graphene on root morphology(total root length,total surface area,total projected area,volume,tips and forks)and biomass(dry matter quality)of quinoa seedlings.The results showed that root morphological indexes of quinoa seedlings grown on MS medium with graphene concentrations of 4,8 mg/L were significantly higher than the control group,indicating that the specific concentration of graphene could promote the root growth and morphological development in quinoa.In addition,biomass of quinoa seedlings grown on MS medium with graphene concentrations of 2,4,8,12 mg/L was significantly greater than the control group,among them,graphene at 8 mg/L concentration significantly promoted the dry matter accumulation of quinoa seedlings.
