淫羊藿中药添加剂对贵妃鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响

Effect of Epimedium Chinese Medicine Additives on Laying Performance and Egg Quality of Houdan Hen

为了研究日粮中添加含有淫羊藿等味中药的降脂增蛋散复方添加剂对贵妃鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及蛋黄胆固醇的影响,选用28周龄贵妃鸡96只,每组32只,分为对照组、低剂量添加剂组、高剂量添加剂组(对照组喂基础日粮,低剂量组喂基础日粮添加1.12g/kg的复方中药添加剂,高剂量组喂基础日粮添加11.2g/kg的复方中药添加剂)。结果表明,试验组鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质均有所增加,且随添加剂量的增加效果更加明显;高剂量组的蛋黄胆固醇含量有显著性降低。使用含有党参、淫羊藿等药材的复方中药添加剂可以提高贵妃鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质。

To study the effects of compound additives of fat-lowering and egg-increasing combining epimedium and other traditional Chinese medicine on the laying performance,egg quality and egg yolk cholesterol of the Houdan hens,in this study,96 Houdan hens at age 28 weeks were selected.Each 32 birds were randomly divided into control group,low-dose additive group and high-dose additive group for traits analysis.The control group was fed with the basal diet,the low-dose group was fed with the compound diet supplemented with 1.12 g/kg of the compound of Chinese medicine additive,the high-dose group was fed with the base diet supplemented with the compound of Chinese medicine additive of 11.2 g/kg.The results showed that the laying performance and egg quality of the experimental group increased,the effect was more obvious with the increase of additive.The high-dose Chinese medicine additive significantly reduced the cholesterol content in yolk.The compound Chinese medicine additives containing Codonopsis pilosula and epimedium can improve the laying performance and egg quality of Houdan hens.
