磁共振B-TFE技术在急诊胸部大血管病变中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振快速成像技术在急诊胸部大血管病变中的临床应用价值。方法:利用磁共振B-TFE序列技术对31例胸痛急诊患者进行胸部大血管矢、冠、轴三个解剖位置扫描,优化扫描序列,缩短常规检查时间。结果:31例患者应用B-TFE技术完成检查,其中主动脉夹层13例,主动脉壁间血肿6例,主动脉瘤4例,得出的图像质量达到诊断标准,胸部大血管夹层清晰可辩,很好地显示真假腔体,大血管病变诊断率达到96.8%。结论:B-TFE技术扫描时间短,成像清晰,对于胸部大血管病变检查准确率较高,对临床急诊大血管病变的诊断有较大帮助。 Objective: To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of emergency thoracic large vascular disease. Methods: 31 cases of chest pain patients were carried sagittal, coronal and axial scanning of three anatomical positions of the great vessels of the chest using B-TFE MRI technique. The B-TFE technique can optimize the scan sequence and shorten the regular examination time. Results: 31 cases of patients carried the examination with application of B-TFE technology,including 13 cases of aortic dissection, 6 cases of aortic wall hematoma and 4 cases of aortic aneurysm. The image quality met diagnostic criteria, thoracic vascular dissection could be seen clearly, and showed good cavity. By the method, macrovascular disease diagnosis rate reached 96.8%. Conclusion: The B-TFE technique has the advantages of short scan time and clear imaging. It has a high accuracy for the detection of large thoracic vascular lesions, and is helpful to the diagnosis of large vascular lesions.
