摘要
探索利用以资源为基础的相对价值比率(Resource-based Relative Value Scale,RBRVS)、关键绩效指标等医疗行业热门的绩效评价工具,建立适合医院本地化发展的绩效管理体系,进一步完善绩效分配方案内容和考评方式,依靠大数据等信息化技术手段打造一套智能分析平台。该平台已成为医院绩效管理的有效工具,实现医院精细化管理,能够把员工精力集中到提高医疗技术及服务质量上去,转变服务模式,加强对患者的尊重程度,更好地为患者服务。
The main purpose of this paper is to explore the use of RBRVS, key performance indicators and other medical industry performance evaluation tools, to establish a suitable hospital localization development performance management system, further improve the performance distribution scheme content and evaluation methods, rely on large data and other information technology to create a set of intelligent analysis platform. The results show that the platform has become an effective tool for hospital performance management, and realizes meticulous management of hospital. The platform can focus on improving medical technology and service quality, changing service mode, strengthening the respect of patients and serving patients better.
