摘要
针对重庆地区优质水稻育秧劳动强度大、成本高、秧块质量不规范的现实问题,研发自动翻盘水稻育秧架、浸种催芽一体机、工厂化育秧集中监控与智能控制系统,优化水稻工厂化育秧技术工艺、设施与设备配套、育炼苗管护等,形成水稻工厂化育秧生产技术规程,减少劳动力投入、降低劳动强度、提高生产效率,提高设施育秧水平。
Aiming at the practical problems of high quality rice seedling in Chongqing, such as high labor intensity, high cost and irregular quality of seedlings, an integrated system of automatic turnover rice seedling raising frame, seed soaking and germination pushing machine, centralized monitoring and intelligent control system of factory seedling raising was developed. It can optimize rice factory seedling technology, facilities and equipment, seedling cultivation and management, etc., so as to form rice factory seedling production technical regulations, reduce labor input, reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency, and improve facilities seedling level.
