摘要 为探究四轮自走式胡麻喷药机越障性能,采用多体动力学(MBD)和离散元(DEM)耦合法对其进行仿真,分析机身质心位移及速度变化、前轮速度及加速度变化过程。结果表明:在越障过程中机身运行平稳,最大行走速度0.45 m/s,最小速度为0.05 m/s;左、右前轮在单独驱动马达提供动力时受颗粒床体影响会产生行走速度差,最大为0.08 m/s。行驶过程中左右前轮加速度数值保持一致,但加速度曲线比速度曲线变化更剧烈。 In order to explore the obstacle-crossing performance of four-wheel self-propelled flax sprayer, multi-body dynamics(MBD) and discrete element method(DEM) were used to simulate the machine. The displacement and velocity change of the centroid of machine, the velocity and acceleration change of the front wheel were analyzed, respectively. The results showed that the centroid of machine ran stably in the process of obstacle-crossing, with the maximum walking speed of 0.45 m/s and the minimum speed of 0.05 m/s. When the left and right front wheels are powered by the separate driving motor, they will be affected by the particle bed body, resulting in a difference in walking speed, up to 0.08 m/s. During driving, the acceleration values of the left and right front wheels were consistent, but the acceleration changed more sharply than the speed curve.
