在经济社会发展新常态下,理性地回顾和审视新中国成立以来我国城镇化发展模式的变迁及经验教训,突破传统城镇化发展中唯“工业化”是城镇化推动力的惯性思维,创新城镇化发展新动能,走以农村产业融合为推动力的农民就地城镇化发展模式是实现我国城乡融合发展以及经济社会持续发展的迫切要求。为此,要进一步深化农村土地制度改革,完善城乡融合发展机制,优化农村金融体制,积极培育新型职业农民,进而为实现农村产业融合推动就地城镇化发展提供良好的要素条件。

Under the new normal situation of economic and social development,we should rationally review and review the changes and experiences and lessons of urbanization development model in China since the founding of New China,break through the inertial thinking that industrialization is the only driving force of urbanization in traditional urbanization development,innovate the new momentum of urbanization development,and take the rural industry integration as the driving force of agriculture.The peasant's local urbanization development model driven by the integration of rural industries is an urgent requirement for realizing the integration of urban and rural development and the sustained economic and social development of China.Therefore,we should further deepen the reform of rural land system,improve the development mechanism of urban-rural integration,optimize the rural financial system,actively cultivate new types of professional farmers,and then provide good factors for the realization of rural industrial integration to promote the development of local urbanization.
