摘要
本文采用内容分析法,以地方领导干部为研究对象,通过对其履历资料的分析,研究我国地方领导干部的职业成长年限、专业背景、工作经历以及职业发展历程,旨在总结其成长路径并揭示其成长的一般性规律,并提出培养我国领导干部的建议:以坚持理想信念、"压担子"实践的方式加强年轻干部的培养;以"专业型"与"复合型"人才并举为导向优化干部选拔;以工作经历多元化为基础提升干部专业化水平和改革创新能力;以教育培训为补充促进干部队伍成长。
Through content analysis,taking local leading cadres as the research object,through the analysis of their biographical data,this paper studies the leaders’career growth years,professional background,work experience and career path,aiming to study their growth path and reveal the general rules of their growth,and for cultivating China’s leading cadres.We put forward the following Suggestions:Strengthen the cultivation of young cadres by adhering to ideals and beliefs and carrying out the practice of burden;Optimize the selection of cadres with the guidance of professional and compound talents simultaneously;Improve the professional level and reform and innovation ability of cadres,on the basis of diversified work experience;take education and training as supplement to promote the growth of cadre team.
