摘要
以国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心的建设与应用为背景,阐述了钢铁生产全流程虚拟仿真实践教学平台的建设策略,介绍了硬件条件和软件环境的建设成果,探讨了"1个流程、4个层次、6个要素、8个结合"虚拟仿真实践教学的体系构建以及在实践教学中的应用情况。实践证明,该虚拟仿真实践教学平台可为多门专业课程的实践环节、课题研究、通识课程与科普教育、国外专家课及专业认证提供有力支撑,有利于培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。
Under the background of the construction and application of the national virtual simulation experimental teaching center,the paper elaborates the construction strategy of the virtual simulation laboratory for iron and steel production,describes the construction achievements of the hardware and software environments,discusses the building of the virtual simulation practice teaching system of"one flow,four levels,six factors and eight combinations"and the application of the system in practice teaching.Practices show that the construction strategy and the system building have important practical value and guiding significance for the construction,application and sustainable development of the virtual simulation practice teaching laboratory,and provide reference and suggestion for the reform of the engineering practice teaching mode based on virtual simulation.
