船舶与海洋工程国家级实验教学中心改革建设探索

实验室作为高校创新型人才培养及学科支撑的主要平台,是高校"双一流"建设的重要组成部分。船舶与海洋工程国家级实验教学中心以"双一流"建设为牵引,结合中心在日常管理、队伍建设等问题,从中心运行管理、人才队伍建设、资源共享三方面入手,提出建设实验中心"1个基层学术组织、1个学术团队、1支稳定的专职实验技术队伍"的"111"改革计划。打造一支由基层学术组织、学术团队、试验队伍有机结合、共为一体的高水平实验人才队伍。实验中心在改革建设的道路上迈出了重要步伐,为船舶与海洋工程一流学科的建设打下坚实基础。

As a main platform for cultivating innovative talents and supporting disciplines,the laboratory is an important part of"Double First-rate"construction in colleges and universities.The National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Ship and Ocean Engineering takes"Double First-rate"construction as the traction,focuses on the existing problems of the center such as daily administration and researching team construction to propose the"111"reform plan-constructing"one basic academic organizations,one academic team,one stable full-time experimental technical team"-of the experimental center from operation management of the center.The target is to construct a teaching team and resource sharing,and finally to create a team of high-level laboratory professionals who are organically integrated and mutually integrated by basic academic organizations,academic teams and experimental teams.It promotes reform and construction of the experimental center,and provides a reference for the construction of the experimental center for other universities.
